Fermentation is one of humanity’s oldest food practices — and one of the most achievable at home, even in a small flat. This workshop teaches participants to make their own kvass from scratch, using a sourdough starter! Kvass is a very popular fermented drink in Eastern Europe, similar to kombucha, which you will learn to make in your very own home, led by the team behind Garna Kvass.

This talk is part of the Harvest Festival 2026 programme. In order to purchase this talk you must also purchase a general entry ticket for the Harvest Festival 2026.
